Return and Refund Policy

At Ataya, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work:

Return Window ⏳
You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
Condition 👕
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags/labels still attached.
Refunds 💳
Once we receive your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges 🔄
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange it, depending on availability.
Non-Returnable Items 🚫
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items.
